They are made from food grade high quality stainless steel using thicker stainless steel for longer use. To ensure you uniform and faster cooking we have used a layer of aluminium at the bottom. We use a base of stainless steel of Grade AISI 430 grade. This is magnetic and allows you to use your induction cook top. The mirror finish of the body and the stainless steel layer at the bottom stays bright, and looks as good as new after years of use. It also makes the sauce-pot easy to clean and hassle free. They come with riveted stay cool handles which allow you to work with them effortlessly.
