Haldiram's Ajwain Paratha is a type of Indian flatbread made from whole wheat flour (atta) dough infused with ajwain (carom seeds) and other spices. The dough is rolled out into thin discs, and a portion of the ajwain-spiced mixture is folded into each paratha. The parathas are then cooked on a hot griddle or tawa with a little oil or ghee until golden brown and cooked through. Each pack contains six parathas, making it convenient for families or individuals.
